PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE

The Town of Pleasant View will conduct a series of Public Meetings to provide information to the public on the Tennessee Department of Environment & Conservation’s Recreation Education Services Parks and Recreation Grants and the Town’s plan to apply for this funding. Citizens are encouraged to attend and comment on proposed projects. There are multiple ways in which the public can participate and provide comment on the proposed project.

1. Attend the In-Person Public Meeting at the Pleasant View City Hall on Thursday, March 23, 2023, at 5:30 PM.
2. A Social Media Public Meeting will be held on the Town of Pleasant View Facebook Page. Project information will be posted for public comment on or by March 16, 2023.
3. Request a project information packet from Ms. Lisa Parker, City Recorder. Comments should be submitted by Friday, March 31, 2023, at 4:00 PM. Ms. Parker can be reached by calling City Hall at (615) 746-0600.
